Henry S. Romaine Jr.
Henry S. Romaine, Jr. (42) is a co-founder and serves as a board member and Chief Financial Officer of EnerCrest, Inc., a Wyoming-based, environmentally-driven energy services company.  Initially formed in October 2005, EnerCrest today has over 180 employees.  Mr. Romaine is also a founding partner of BOVARO Partners, a merchant banking partnership and member of the NASD that provides financial advisory and capital raising services to growth companies, principally in the energy and natural resources sectors.

Prior to founding BOVARO Partners, Mr. Romaine was a Vice President and senior member of J.P. Morgan's Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group, and served as a member of J.P. Morgan's Fairness Opinion Committee. Mr. Romaine has extensive energy M&A and financing experience, and has worked on over 40 investment banking transactions worth in excess of $100 billion since 1993. He has also participated in the formation of several start-ups that have raised capital and remain in business today.

Prior to his investment banking experience, Mr. Romaine worked at large commercial banks and a small private equity firm in Los Angeles, California. After earning his M.B.A. in 1991, Mr. Romaine spent six months at Security Pacific National Bank in its Corporate Finance Department, covering clients in the Midwest Region. After Bank of America purchased Security Pacific in early 1992, Mr. Romaine left with four other colleagues and formed Parker, Mulcahy & Associates, a private equity investment firm based in Los Angeles, California. During the ensuing two years, Mr. Romaine worked on originating and executing several direct equity investments in the $5-15 million size range on behalf of Parker Mulcahy's investors, who included several members of the Forbes 400.

Mr. Romaine received an M.B.A. in finance from The University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a B.A. in economics from Middlebury College. He is a graduate of Leadership Wyoming and currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Jackson Hole Community Housing Trust.  He lives in Jackson Hole, Wyoming with his wife Karen and their six dogs and cats.
